Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days on a full version, with no credit card.
What is the difference between a subscription and the perpetual license?
A subscription is paid yearly and includes hosting and updates. The license is a one-time payment for full ownership of the system, with hosting and domain at $350 a year and one free update or customisation on request.
Does the customer app carry my company name?
Yes, we publish it on the App Store and Google Play under your company name and logo. It is included in Plan 2 and the license, and optional at $500 a year on Plan 1.
Can you move my existing data?
Yes, we import customers, suppliers and leads from Excel files during setup.
Which languages does it support?
The admin panel runs in Arabic, Kurdish, English, Turkish and Chinese; the customer app in Arabic, Kurdish and English.
How is my data protected?
Permissions per action and per staff member, an activity log of who changed what and when, and automatic database backups.
