The declaration

  1. With or without a shipment

Open the declaration on an existing shipment, create the shipment from inside it, or record it as clearance only.

  2. Declaration lines

Each line has an HS code, carton or pallet count, pieces and weight, and a price per carton or per kilo in the goods currency.

  3. Parties and transport details

Consignor, consignee, declarant, financially responsible party and more, with voyage number, arrival date, country of export and Incoterm.

  4. Documents and attachments

Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, import licence and cargo photos, all printable in one go.

Duties and taxes

  1. HS code library

Codes with categories, subcategories and default duty and tax rates that fill in on the declaration.

  2. Two-currency calculation

Duties and taxes are calculated per line in the goods currency and converted to your main currency at the rate saved on the declaration.

  3. Duty calculator

Estimate customs duty before opening a declaration, to give the customer a quick figure.

  4. Customs brokers

Keep your brokers on file and follow the declarations each one handles.

Workflow and printing

  1. Stages you design

Define the clearance stages and the moves allowed between them, and see them as a flowchart of the declaration’s journey.

  2. ASYCUDA follow-up

Record the declaration number, ASYCUDA reference and submission status, with a timeline of every status change.

  3. Inspection form

A ready-to-print Arabic inspection form with HS codes and the package count written out in words.

  4. Items invoice and declaration print

Print the declaration in landscape, and an items invoice with your logo, numbered and dated once and reused on every reprint.

  5. Clearance invoice

Duties, taxes and expenses become a customer invoice, with weight, cartons and freight number on every line.
